The University Park Undergraduate Association (UPUA) is the central government for Penn State students at the University Park campus. Working closely with the Council of Commonwealth Student Governments, the Graduate Student Association, and student organizations, UPUA advocates for students. Other Penn State officials, employees, and affiliates also benefit from working with UPUA.

Meetings are every Wednesday 302 HUB @ 8:00pm

UPUA is comprised of an Assembly of Student Representatives, with specific constituenties corresponding to every academic unit (college), on-campus living, off-campus living, and University Park at-large. All of these representatives are democratically elected by their constituencies. The President and Vice President are elected by the entire student body. Upon receiving office, they appoint members to their Executive Board.
